INDEPENDENT HEARING REPRESENTATIVES
Our company provides Independent unemployment hearing representative services to third party unemployment cost control firms across the United States. and indicate "Hearing Offer" in the subject line. This method will immediately create a pop up message on the our scheduler computer screen notifying her of a hearing offer and she will respond immediately to your offer.
Our company has been representing third party cost control companies and their clients in unemployment hearings via telephone across the United States since 1993. We have an excellent success rate. There are a couple of things that set our company aside from our competitors - our price per hearing, outstanding customer service and satisfaction. Our price per hearing is low, so we deal with volume instead of a limited number of hearings per week. All of our representatives work on a salary and we strive to keep them busy, so volume is important. Additionally, customer service is the most important aspect of our business. We contact the Employer witness (es) as soon as we get the hearing to schedule a pre-conference, call your client at the scheduled time to prepare them for the hearing, and after the hearing we perform a post-conference on each hearing we participate in. This is one of the many reasons we have Employers requesting us again after we represent them. We understand that providing superior customer service is priority number one for you and us.
We receive hearing offer two ways. The first being via telephone. With this method just pick up the phone and call our office at (662) 728-1137 and speak directly to our hearings scheduler.She will advise you if one of our reps is available to participate in the hearing or not. The second method is to email mslaborconsultants@yahoo.com and indicate "Hearing Offer" in the subject line. This method will immediately create a pop up message on the our scheduler's computer screen notifying her of a hearing offer and she will respond immediately to your offer.
We accept hearings on a first-come / first-served basis. Whoever sends the first offer, gets the slotted time. We have three hearing reps on staff. All three are seasoned veterans with a combined total of 75 years of experience between them and are trained to go the extra mile to take care of your customers. We have been providing reps to third party cost control firms and their clients across the United States since 1993. We understand your Hearing Coordinators are very busy and we exhaust every effort in contacting witnesses for the case before we contact your Coordinators for assistance.
We conduct phone hearings in the States of Arizona and North Carolina providing our own supervisory attorney or we can utilize your attorney of record for those States should you chose to do so. In the cases we use our attorneys, we charge the flat attorney fee of $35.00 plus the regular hearing fee. We conduct hearings in all other States that allow an independent rep to do so.
